What is the registration fee?
$395 - Early Bird (through February 20, 2025)
$425 - Regular (beginning February 21, 2025)
What is included in the registration fee?
Access to all live event sessions and conference materials. All attendees will also receive a copy of the attendee directory. Breakfast and lunch is also included in the registration fee.
Will breakfast and lunch be served?
The registration fee includes breakfast and lunch.

What are the parking instructions?
Attendees can valet park or self-park.
If you valet park, you will be given a ticket that has the Buckhead Club printed on the back. You will not need any other ticket to retrieve their car. You will not be asked for any money, but tips are appreciated.
If you self-park, you will need to see the receptionist in the Club to get a validated ticket to exit the garage at no charge. The parking garage is located across from the entrance to the Sovereign Building, where the Buckhead Club is located.
Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs. However, we are offering discounted rates at the following nearby hotels, which are walking distance to the venue:

Will you be live streaming this Symposium?
No, we will not be streaming this Symposium.
What is the dress code for the Symposium?
The dress code is business casual.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for the Symposium?
We will not be offering refunds for cancellations. However, you are permitted to transfer your registration to another party
Can I register on-site?
We will allow for on-site registration if there are tickets still available on the date of the event. However, if we sell out prior to March 22nd, we will not be accepting on-site registrations.
